yeah, i noticed that.

for a horror film that stars nicholas cage and grossed over 20 million in the us, a DTV release is pretty amazing. there've been worse reviewed films, that also grossed less and starred smaller names to get oz releases. heck, the cave (with megastar COLE HAUSER!!!) got a theatrical release here.
