When u get rep, u can see who gave it to u, what forum, and what thread, with a comment too
and the rep given by little green boxes, however, i got a black box for rep, and it did not add to my rep. What is up with that? and it isnt bad rep too
Could someone plz explain this for me

do you mean a grey box?

Grey boxes indicate that they are unable to give reputation points although their rep has been noted. You are unable to give reputation points if: you have less than 50 posts or less than ten reputation points.

No its not ten rep points. Everyone starts with ten reps
