Post three movie scenes that have made big impressions on you. Don't have to be in any order. Explain why...if you really want to!

In no particular order:

Crash (2005)
Matt Dillon and Thandie Newton - beautiful scene.

Fellowship of the Ring
Boromir's death.

American Psycho
The card scene is just like a man comparing his sports car to another colleagues or rivals. I doubt I could ever find a scene both innately screwed up and hilarious.

my favourite scene in American Psycho is when Patrick Bateman flexes and gazes at his 'power' in the mirror during sex with one of his hookers

one of my all time fave - bridget jone's diary (the first one) when bridget is introducing for the book launch. 3 words: so fuking awkward.

life is beatiful - when the dad gets taken by the german soldier behind the wall and gets shot. the shooting doesnt get shown but much more powerful that way.

pulp fiction - when the guy gets his head blown off by accident in the car. wot follows is the most hilarious scene ever.

One of my favourite scenes is in Rocky II
Adrian has just awoken from her coma, she beckons Rocky over, and says something along the lines of, "There's one thing I want you to do for me - win"
Then Mick chimes in, "Well what are we waiting for?" and the training music starts
Excitement factor of 1000000000000

N/A
Amelie - when they describe the small pleasures in life
Kill Bill Vol.2 - when the Bride & Viper duel in the caravan
Moulin Rouge - Satine's final performance

All three for pretty much the same reason, they're just so vibrant that it feels like I'm watching it for the first time even if its the twentieth.
