Does anyone else have the problem of a week one only workshop/seminar (ie acct1B) taking up a slot in their timetable which can therefore not be utilised from wks 2-13?

yeah tutes and workshops are fine because they are from wks 2-13. but lectures are 1-13 so the timetable doesnt allow for that..

for acct1b 1 week off session, u don't have to show up... but it is HIGHLY recommended both by the faculty and myself to actaully attend the thing... gets u off the ground with MB... u can explore by urself if u r keen enough...

yeah its good 2 attend but if u can familiarise urself with mikes bikes on ur own, then don't attend !

oh and if anyone knows - i'm going to be away for the first 3 weeks of acct1b, do you reckon it'll be hard to catch up? i'll only miss 1 tute, but 3 week of lectures+the lab

if they are still doing things the same thing as last yr then u'd do all the mumble jumbo ethical stuff... some rigid thing u gotta know, but that's like... know some ethical framwork, ie, utilitarian, sunlight, duty, judao christian etc etc (omg can't believe is till rmber allt hose)

absolution, you'll be able to change your timetable after the first week of uni
