As tutorial registration continues, we are growing towards many concerns and problems. So I thought we can continue our discussions and a good idea is to post the address of the timetable you are referring to so we can interpret the situation better.

I will start off. My concern is that I have a unit, Law and Society I need to register for, however I have a tutorial and lecture in one, in this very strange sequence, anyone have an idea what the university means by this?

I know what that means.

They will generally allocate time during the lecture time for tutorials, of which they will generally split you up the old fashioned way.
If this is a subject that a number of courses do, they will split you up depending on what course you do.

Thank you for that. Really appreciated. I hope they don't move me off Tuesdays because I am at other campuses the rest of the week and can't fly between them.

It probably won't move. Thats the only thing you do for the subject. Those 3 hours.

The link was not under the protected site, this was the open timetable.

natstar, the lecture and tut are in the same timespace and quite often in the same room and they divide you the old fashioned way.

I dunno, it might be different for different schools - but the tourism subjects always have their lectures and tuts scheduled into the same time eg, majority of them are 9-12 or 2-5.
