um this has been plaguing my thoughts a lot lately lol
i suc at extension maths. 3 unit maths
and im an ok student at 2unit maths lyk sometimes i do well and reach lyk 80% othertimes i do alright and stay at lyk 75 or smth
and ive basically been failing or doing terribly in year 11 extension maths all year (im in year 11)
and after talking to my teachers i decided to do extension 2 english. so now i would like to know if keeping 3 units maths would benefit me in my UAI eventho im struggling heaps at it or will dropping it and just sticking with 2 unit stuff be a better idea?
thankx :)

i start year 12 soon so this is all for year 12

2unit is a good subject. IF you feel that doing 3unit will hinder your progress in Eng. Ext2 then don't do it. If you're ready for a challenge, then def. go for it. Getting over 90 in 2unit is better than getting say 75-80 in 3unit. Thus stick with the one you'll do better in, not what will scale higher.

in your case its only worth keeping 3u if you're looking on doing any maths related degree at uni. otherwise, drop 3u.
