You know how I'm doing "The Simpsons" for my MW right. When I talk about a character, e.g. Mr Burns, Barney, should I introduce them fully
e.g. "the local autocratic power plant owner, Montgomery Burns"
or should I assume they know who I'm talking about
e.g "when Mr Burns does this"

What do i do, what do I do...

i think i introduced most of the characters i used, since you don't know that the marker/whoever else is reading it will have a working knowledge of the characters.
