Hard to say. Roughly speaking, I'd say it corresponds more to 15-20%, rather than 10%. Does it matter?

I have heard of the figure of how many students have a WAM >75, but for obvious reasons, I can't disclose that information.

Yep, but I was referring to the actual number of students with WAM > 75 in the Faculty of Science, not uni-wide.

Though with statistics, we all know how misleading their information may be. But obtaining a WAM of Distinction or above would definitely be worthwhile to a job application, but Honours tends to play a more major role in the long term I think...

But hey, if you're getting Distinction in your first year, and you're trying to apply for a job as well, it's already great!

how about just show them your grades so far and not say anything..
