From memory, TQM was covered superficially in the Preliminary course. It's always handy to mention it in an extended response though, particularly if the question directs you towards Operations.

This one comes up in the multi choice sometimes. Thats the only thing you need to worry about it. If you want to mention it in an extended response then great, but I dont think its that important.
