what's traffic like to macquarie university in the mornings? on epping road? i.e. from lane cove side.
... And then having to make your way over to Mac Centre anyway.Cyan_phoeniX said:Beware going to university between 10:30am-3pm unless you enjoy driving around aimlessly for 20mins to look for parking.
Pft, walking is for plebs. I levitate there.... said:be a man, walk
There's no train station as yet - there's one scheduled for 2008. The best way would be to drive, catch the bus, or catch a train then a bus from Epping or the city or something, i suppose.redom said:Heyy all, i was considering going mac uni next year, but i live a real distance away. How long would it take to get there from campbelltown?.....is there a train station?
It can be difficult. Just be early for a week and see how late you can leave it.surrealism said:btw.. im referring to summer session.. is it hard to find parking spots?
Parking is horrible from about 10am - 3pm. Not impossible, but horrible (bad enough that you have to be in the carparks at approx 5 past when people are coming back to their cars after lectures, and quickly indicate and grab them before anyone else does).surrealism said:btw.. im referring to summer session.. is it hard to find parking spots?
i know someone that lives in newcastle, and drives down to mac everyday..glitterfairy said:I know some people from up north who travel about as far. It's tough, but it's what some people do for uni probably not a bad idea to check out closer uni's though
