transfer for next year & HECS (1 Viewer)

If we transfer to another uni next year, would we be slaves to the new HECS system?
or does it apply to recent school leavers only?

i think it's only to recent school leavers. even if you defer, iif you do only 1 subject for 1st year this year, and all the rest next year, you still get the old hecs
