when i was accepting my offer online.. for the transfer bit.. there were onli 2 courses shown: economics/arts and economics/social science.. so does that mean i can onli transfer into these 2 courses in yr 2? what happens if i want to transfer into say law? is it possible?

also i was wondering.... i realli want to do international studies .. but instead i got into economics.. (which requires a higher uai) so how should i arrange my preferences for the late round? eg: put international studies as my first prefernce and nothng else after that?

thankz for your help

Yes, transferring into other completely different degrees is possble - but, there is a commerce/law combined degree as well.

If you want to give international studies a try, there is no harm in putting internation studies as your first preference for the late round and see if you get it.

its not a transfer thing (the screen u were on wen acceping ur offer) - it just gave u the option to combine economics with something, because all three degrees are in the same course code with UAC, so its asking what u wanted to do

about the int. studies, yes move that to your first preference for the late round

No...if you studied commerce/arts in first year, you can apply to transfer into commerce/law, or just law, or anything else you want to transfer to.
