Say you start a course and it's not what you thought it was going to be can you transfer after a few weeks Into another course? will there be financial penalties?

Can you transfer asap( within a few weeks) if your UAI is above the cut off for the course you intend to transfer into Eg you got 87.5 and cut off is 87.00 or do you have to wait till next semester or next year?

Mate you just can't simply quit the course because it's not what you thought it was. If you decide to tranfer, the university will know that you have done post-secondary studies so they will take into account your university marks.

You can only transfer after one semester (if the university you are applying for say you can); some courses only allow you to apply after 1.0 FTE studies (1 year).
