Transferring from MQ to UNSW (2 Viewers)

Hi all,
Just wanting some advice and tips on transferring from B. Business at MQU to B. Commerce at UNSW.

- Will I have to start over again as a first year at UNSW?
- What WAM do I need to have? (Not sure where to check)
- Commerce at UNSW is a 3 year course. Will this whole thing including my MQU first year extend to 4 years in total across 2024 - end of degree?

Would really appreciate some advice, quite lost at the moment.. Thanks!

1. No, you will not need to start over. However, you need to check if certain courses at Macquarie are applicable to unsw commerce so they can transfer over and you can be recognised for those classes.

2. 75WAM minimum. Since you’re transferring from Macquarie though you will need much higher than that as 75 is the bare minimum to be even considered for an internal student. I’m pretty sure they’re more lenient towards internal transfers
