I am currently studying at the University of Western Sydney doing a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property). I have just completed my first year and waiting for the second semester results. (My GPA for first sem was 5).

Now I have a few questions:
1. I am considering transferring to University of Technology, Sydney to study Property Economics. Would a GPA of 5 grant be acceptance?
2. I am almost certain that I have failed one of my subjects this semester, how badly would that affect my GPA?
3. My current course is heavily based on valuation, which is a field I have 0 interest for and I was wondering if the UTS course is similar?
4. If I do get offered a position at UTS, how do I apply for credit recognition?
5. At UWS, I only have to go in once a week (full time, believe it or not), are the UTS timetables as fexible?
6. Also, does anyone have any tips or advice whether I should even consider the move or is it not worth it? All help is appreciated.

Thank you all for your time! :)
