Common question.

I am doing media law at macquarie uni (95.65) in 2004

what are the procedures/chances to transfer to uts media production/ law

any advice you can give appreciated

I spoke to the nice people at uts on their open day, and they said doing media law at mac certainly gives a little bit of leverage.

Half based on UAI, half based on performance and personal statement?

Would it help at all if you were heavily involved in extra curricular activities, gained work experience etc. etc. anything to show a dedication to the course.

common question answered a million times, do a search of the forums for a more detailed answer.

1. achieve atleast a credit average during semester 1 and 2, the higher the better since your competing with other people who want to transfer.

2. apply again through uac at the end of the year just like you did for the hsc. for uts, you might have to write a personal statement stating why you want to transfer etc.

3. hope for the best.
