how hard is it to transfer from commerce unsw to com/law?

A UAI of 96 or so and a Distinction average will more than likely get you in.

The above is fairly accurate advice. The question is, assuming you have a UAI of 96+, whether you can achieve a distinction average. It is not easy, but if you work hard during first year then it is certainly achievable.
