trouble accepting accommodation offers! (1 Viewer)

i got a call from accommodation services on thurs/fri last week and was informed that i got a place at evatt house. they told me to ring them today (tues) if i hadn't received a confirmation email. i haven't been able to get through all day cause it goes straight thru to edwards hall and now they're out at lunch! GRRRRRRRRRRR.
i'm really pissed off because it is their responsibility to send the emails and how hard is it?

anyone had similar probs?

i guess i'll just keep trying and trying and trying

maybe i misheard and they said mail, i'm sure it was email cause she asked for my email to send it to that... they wouldn't be there 2morrow hey? Bob. J when did they say u'd receive the info in the mail?

well the guy told me they were sending out the enrolment info for accommodation. This was last thursday. Haven't received any mail thus far. If i don't get anything tomorrow I guess I'll have to call edwards hall
