Ive got an assessment on resistance traning programs
a)I have to outline a resistance traning program for a shot putter. Ive got to apply the principles of traning as well as resistance exercises.
b) as a coach list the considerations you would take into account when designing a traning program, while describing how the considerations fit into the traning program
a is 20 marks and b is 5..
Any help would be appreicated, i have 2 alternate teachers neither of which have covered this area..
