Hi, im currently applying for Notre Dame and was wondering what exactly is the UAC advice notice as they are asking me for it?

The ATAR advice notice is basically just a hard copy of your atar and what units counted towards it
They sent them out today so you may receive it in the post today or next week (most likely Monday)

Not sure what you meant by "record of achievement" but they must be expecting you to show your official ATAR report, as well as your school report.

I think the Record of Achievement is the HSC
we get that in January
