UAC Application: Accelerated a subject (1 Viewer)

Today my school's careers advisor said that having accelerated 2U and MX1 last year, I'd have to submit Supplementary Form A on Page 49 of the UAC book in order that my marks from last year be considered by UAC. Is this correct? I'm unsure about it, because I don't seem to fit any of the criteria required to submit Form A. Further still, I already submitted a Year 12 online application yesterday as opposed to the "full application", so if I do need to submit Form A, I'm not sure whether I'm still allowed to.

Update: I rang up UAC and apparently 2005 is the first year in which accelerated student do not have to submit Supplementary Form A.

Instead of deleting this thread, I'll leave it up for other accelerated students to refer to.
