I wrote down my preferences and made the payments for the UAC application a while back...but I'm not sure if it has been submitted. I never received an email saying my application was submitted but I made the payments. So, does it mean I've submitted it as soon as I made the payments and wrote down my preferences or did I have to receive an email saying I've submitted it? :/
