Hey guys, i currently have UTS ENG/BUS as my #1, but i want to change it to wollongong ENG/COM
If i change it when the atar comes out (first time u can change it again for free), is it possible to get an early offer from UOW?
Or is it too late now, and if i want the chance at an early offer do i have to pay now to have a chance?
