the UAC number is the number you get after applying for university, that you will then use for all your dealings with UAC. To do your university application all you need is your student number (BOS number).

Last year, our UAC numbers were our student numbers with an extra 1 in front of it (I think). You didn't happen to print out a summary of your preferences for uni? It should be on there.

This year is exactly the same... my UAC number is just my student number with a 1 before it... I expect that its the same for everyone else.

If your applying to receive your UAI
THEN once you get it and decide you want to apply/not apply, should you decide to go ahead and apply for uni after results are back, THEN you will get your UAC number
for now though that number and UAC means nothing :)
However, I'm not sure what the procedure is to check your UAI
just make sure you don't lose ur UAC pin :)

me doing ext 2 english has nothing to do with the fact that i should or should not go to uni. Its a personal choice and theres just nothing i wish to do, i dont have the energy after this year and all the crap ive done and been through to even go through it or anything similar again at uni. I need a breather, whether it be one year or five it doesnt matter. I just dont want to go.

Is there anything in particular that you're interested in, not necessarily at uni?

i havent really made up my mind what i want to do, i may have a job lined up for next year just in administration so i can get some money and get some ideas going... i think i just enjoy too many things that i dont want to do one thing and then leave the other things or subjects that i love behind.

Yeah, I know how that feels. But keep in mind (just in case you want to go to uni) that you could always defer uni for a year. And if your not sure about what you want to do, you can always do really flexible degrees like B Arts, B Science, or a combination of the two. :)
