ok i found what made u think i went to ruse..
i said in the premiers award ceremony thread somewhere that at my school it took a long time to get awards out.. i meant awards in general like for sports, music, academic achievements etc.. and like 168 people getting awards took a long time so it will be hell for the 800 or wateva ppl getting the premiers award..
