Hi, I was wondering what sort of UAI I would get at the end of this year if I did these subjects. Im also asking which VET course I should take the test for: IT or Business Services. Its just that I'm a very weak English essay writer, and I kind of know that I will not do really well. For example, I can only churn out 2-3 pages for english, and even then I freeze up in the middle of the exam.
My Expected Marks:
English ADV 2u 65%
Maths ADV 2u 50%
Ext 1 English 1u 60% (For some reason, the people in my school have to do Ext1 along side EXT2)
Ext 2 English 1u 75-80% (I'm Making a Movie. yay)
IT VET 80-85%
Business Studies 2u 70-75%
Business Services VET 75%
I dunno, I kind of suck at school now. I used to be really good from year 7-10 (Consistent A+'s), but from the beginning of year 11 to now, my marks have really been degrading to the point where I ask myself WTF I'm doing in school. I dont want to go to uni, I want to get an apprenticeship. If anybody has any hints/tips it would be greatly appreciated.
Oh yeah, does a HSC and UAI matter after you have finished high school and not go to uni? I was told that If you do badly in the HSC and get a crappy UAI, it doesn't matter to employers. I'm kinda worried.
THX dudes
