i was using the SAM thingy and was playing around... i will need to get around 75 alligned mark for english and was thinking my actualy school thingy is around 60 was wondering what i would need to get in the hsc to allow me to get a score of that or better... b/c all my other subjects are not to bad but just english and figured if studied hard for it if i could get it to that

My question to you is: if I say that the mark you may require to get an aligned mark of 75 is lower than what you expect, will you not study as hard?

Whether or not you need 50/100 or 65/100 to get an aligned mark of 75 should not affect your level of study. Work hard and you may just do better than you expect.

when you put your mark into SAM, thats assuming your (HSC + asssessment / 2) right?

Yea, you input your HSC mark (average of exam and assessment) into SAM.
