hey there!

I'm in the middle of revision for my trials and i need a bit of help relating my ORT (under the bridge) to my core text (Imigrant Chronical more speciffically "Migrant Hostel"). Im thinking about joining them by saying that Kiedis is trying to find somewhere to fit in just like Skrzynecki is trying to find a place to fit in.

I also am not too sure on what techniques to use in Under the Bridge??

Any suggestions would be great!

thanks

Unless i'm very much mistaken, "under the bridge" was where A. went to score drugs. If you really want to do the text (i'd personally steer clear of it, however good the song may be), you could use that in the sense of escaping from the real world (where one doesn't belong) to the persona he constructs in the city (main technique), which wouldn't be too hard to connect to S (I wouldn't really know I'm doing dickinson, but from what i've heard he whinges about where he is a lot). You'd also need to use techniques in the actual music if you want a really good mark- key changes, instrumentation, repetition etc.
have fun!
