There's a tutorial for almost every subject and the person teaching that class is called a tutor

Ofcourse there are... but when and where will this madness stop? perhaps there will be work tutors soon.
Some universities, such as UNSW has free organised programs .. for example, the maths department has something called SSS, which is basically 3rd year students tutoring first years one on one (they get paid by the school) and you have things like PASS for accounting and economics.
There are also many private ones who charge.. jsut have a look around the notice boards, you'll see things like: willing to tutor law or chemistry or.. soemtimes specific subjects..
