does unsw participate in any of these competitions (i'm assuming at an international level)? r they widely publicised? any examples of any math/business competitions that undergrads can enter? thanks

I'm not a major fan of the School of Mathematics - I don't know of any uni level competitions they are involved it.

There's the BCG Business Strategy Competition. It's kind of like the PWC Management Competition but university teams compete. But I think it's only for Australian universities (plus maybe New Zealand).

You have to apply to get into the UNSW team.
