Which university would be the best option if I would like to study psychology (Bachelor Degree)? Thank You very much in advance.

BTW, tuition fees is not the factor. My initial choices were Monash U, USYD and UQ.

I wuld suggest you to visit the School/Department of Psychology websites for those unis and see what each degree has to offer. Also, to check out whether they have the specific psychology fields you are interested - e.g. forensic psychology (specialisation towards second and third year), and see which uni offer that.
