sin 2.55 degrees = cos P
On the calculator I write 90 degrees - 2.55 degrees which gives me 87 degrees and 27 minutes. But answer in the book gives me 87.45 which is my initial answer, but in decimal form. Which is correct???????????

The question usually specifies whether it wants decimal points or degrees and minutes. Use the dot comma comma comma button on your calculator to convert.

Both answers are correct - one is in degrees and the other one is in decimal.
