Accounting is difficult and i think UPASS would help me, but they're all full.. can i request to be in one of them?

Just show up, they are only full because of keen first years signing up for everything. The Upass leaders will just turn you away if it's full - registration is not really neccesary. A few sessions in people will probably stop attending.
