Hi,
I am a current year 12 student, wanting to do psychology at uni.
I am tied between UQ and QUT. I have always thought of going to UQ as they have various dual degrees (with Bachelor of Arts where you can do an extended major in psychology) which is very appealing to me. I had thought of doing a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Arts with an extended major is psych.
Recently I have heard people say that they'd recommend me to go to QUT. Apparently it's more practical while UQ is more theory-based?
Is this true? Which uni would be better for psychology?
I would prefer to do a dual degree as it would give more pathways for the future.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
