4. C, Golgi bodies are like stacks of pancakes if that's how you'd like to remember them and the vesicles around those stacks of pancakes (membranes) move substances out the cell (as thats its function)

Difussion: In the lungs, alveoli carry out gas exchange by diffusion
Active transport: Loading and unloading of sugars in the phloem (not movement, movement in the phloem is passive)
