Solved: Questions on Arts Electives

Hi guys, I want to do Arts in the first semester and then transfer to engineering right after. The questions are:
Can I choose to do electives in the first semester? What is the maximum numbers of elective can I do in the first semester?



From the sample strcuture above, does that indicate that 2 is the maximum numbers of elective I can do in first year's semester?
