Get rid of Optimize, its obviously a Internet Explorer Toolbar that has gotten its way into your computer. SOUNDMAN is a AC97 driver I presume as most computers have it.

Watch out with using this you can seriously delay use of your computer and whilst getting rid of startup programs can also make your computer startup a hell of a lot slower as its constantly searching for programs it needs and cannot find them. Get ready to receive a lot of popups about not being able to find programs, but dont worry its all spyware and adaware shiza.

zfoydwlm.exe sounds suspicious.
However it could just be a file created by some program you have installed.

There's stacks of viruses around that generate random .exe files and then run them. Update your virus identities and then do a full scan.

Other than that I dont have any ideas.
