Usyd Orientation Day- is it compulsory? (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I was just wondering if the Usyd Orientation Day is compulsory? I'm doing a combined course, so I was also planning to attend the Syd Con Orientation Day, but should I also go to the main Orientation Day too? Is it really helpful? Can I get some questions I have answered on that day?

Not compulsory at all. Didn't attend my orientation day and have never come across any problems. As long as you are self sufficient, there's no real reason to go. If you don't have anything else to do, then you can go if you wish.

yes and if you do not go they will fire you from uni forever and you will have your uai taken away this is a true fact it happened to a friend of mine and he killed himself
