August 28 is the UTS Open Day. It’s a festival of all things ‘UTS’, and gives you the chance to learn everything you ever wanted to know about university life including careers, courses, campus life, where to get a good meal, listen to live music or who to speak to about that sport or hobby you’ve always wanted to try but never got around to. UTS has loads of clubs to join, so whatever you’re into, you’re bound to meet like minds on campus.
There’ll be lecturers and students to chat to, interactive workshops to take part in and performances to be awed by, but what do you most want to find out about? What course you should do if you want to be a forensic expert? Where to sign on to race dragonboats? What exactly the Sproket or Salad Bowl Clubs get up to? Or why is everyone wearing 3D glasses?
