UTS to UNSW (1 Viewer)

I am a first year Business and Law student at UTS, but I want to transfer to UNSW commerce and law. Can someone give me a run through of what i need to achieve to be able to do this? And when to apply, and how to apply? Do i apply through UNSW directly?
