Hey, can anyone tell me about Radio Neptune? Whats the frequncey? I looked on the uwssa site but theres nothing there. Also, how do you get a job there (broadcasting, anything)?

umm, its technically broadcast at the campus, not over our "normal radio" like say 2dayfm. So at lunch times, they have people who broadcast stuff [i think its up at penrith anyway, thats where i saw the sign in my first year] so its just you contacting the Student Association to see if you can get the position. So if you were banking on trying to get a bit of fame...well sorry to put down your dreams [lol just a little joke...]
I think Parra has it too? or do they just play songs from the normal radio?

lol..nah i dont want to get famous or anything, but im looking at a career in radio and they never hire ppl with no experience, so i wanted to get some. Commercial stations dont let you do work experience tho...bummer.
i was on the radio this morning. lol. thats a tiny bit of experience. anyone hear it? on C91.3 at about 9:50am. on the at work network. they came to my shop on tuesday (i work at lenards chicken), and if you heard it, im michelle. i sound like such a moron, but anyway. it was fun. and the radio guy was hot. i thought radio people were supposed to be... not hot
