im doing a business studies assignbment and im stuck on 1 Q ,

who is the proprietor of the business
the particular business that im doing is Sizzlers , but it has no particular owner , do i write the state manager of sizzlers or the store manager ???

( btw im doing sizzlers carramar sydney )

wouldnt the business be that carramar franchise of sizzlers? is sizzler a franchise? cos if it is it would have an owner otherwise ur probably better off writing that its a public company (if it is?) or its parent company or whatever, managers are just employees

the term proprietor is used for partnerships and sole trader. With companies/franchises the term used is the owner, sometitmes it's a person, sometimes its another sbusidiary.

if your just talking abt a small branch, then use the term *brach manager*

and as for traffic in biz studies forum, i check the forum almost everyday. :p
