Hi I'm going into vet science this year at usyd and I had a few questions about the course in general. I wasn't able to attend the open day because of an interview in Wagga so I didn't get a chance to ask or see the Uni.
- what sort of facilities are available and what are they like?
- what is the structure of classes, like do you have tutorials to make sure you understand the coursework?
- how much practical work do you get to do in your first year, especially with animals?
- are you expected to have a certain number of work placements?
- how many vet students are there in a year group?
