Hi all,

Just need some assistance with the VTAC application process. Sorry if this has already been posted.

Scenario:

I'm applying for mid-year entry and am completing the 'Educational history - Post-secondary studies' section. It asks for the 'completion status', and provides the following options:

1 - The entire qualification is complete;
2 - I have deferred/discontinued from this qualification with results/grades; and
3 - I have deferred/discontinued from this qualification without results/grades.

Situation:

Many years ago, I was enrolled into a university via direct entry (did not apply through VTAC), and attended some classes. Due to the circumstances at the time, I wasn't exactly invested in it, and did not end up doing anything in my course apart from attend the odd lecture during the first year. During the second year, I changed the subjects and ended up attending a few tutorials, but didn't end up doing any assignments or any work. I didn't even buy a textbook. I can't seem to find the results details amongst my files, but I know I didn't withdraw before the census date, and therefore would likely have received a failing grade/result due to nil engagement.

Question:

Between 2 and 3, which seems to be the better option considering the above situation? Sorry if it's clear to everyone else, but I just don't know 100% and I don't want to put down the wrong thing.

Thanks all!
