Waiting for Big W call (1 Viewer)

Hey new bee here,How long does it take for big w to cal you after you had the second interview. I had mine with the manager on wed and he seemed to be impressed with first aid certificate etc. He said I have a cute and bubbly personality that'll make anyone happy.I reckon that's a positive thing. So how long did it take for you? x

Give it two weeks maximum and then call them with a friendly reminder? I had to remind my work who I was twice before my first shift.

took me a week after the interview, but they emailed me.

it was over a month before i started work however.

Why did it take so long?

Is that like because they were waiting for you to appear in their system or something?
And do you mean that it was 2 or 3 weeks before induction or your first shift?

They had already made the rosters for the next 2 weeks and yeh, had to wait for my roster to come out

The call should come soon as u are being employed just before the christmas period hence theyll be wanting to give u some training before the busyness sets in
