I'll refer to the top left blank box as A, the one to the right of that B, the middle left blank box as C, the one to the right of that D, the bottom left blank box E, and the one to the right of that F.

For box A: 'Maximum' ('crest' means the same as 'peak' basically)

For box B: 'Minimum' (speed is 0 at the extreme points of displacement, think of a bob on a pendulum)

For box C: '0' (obviously, the displacement from the level of no disturbance when the particle as at that level is 0)

For box D: 'Maximum' (particle goes at its fastest at this point, think of a bob on a pendulum going through the middle (which is the level of no disturbance); at this point, it's fastest)

For box E: 'Minimum' (by definition of a trough; distance is same as at the crest, but displacement is by definition minimum at a trough)

For box F: 'Minimum' (speed is 0 at a trough, like at a crest)
