LOL, one of my friends is an abnormally hairy asian guy and he uses dipilatory cream and Nair bleach in combination rather than wax because he's sensitive to pain. :p

He grows hair in funny places too, like his shoulders, chest to stomach area and lower back and he was embarassed to go swimming in public. It's more gentle than waxing for sensitive areas, I think. Apparently the chest is the most painful area to wax unless you're quite skinny or muscular, as the more flab you have the painful it is.

I think you could try the Nair Sensitive strips that are meant for facial and sensitive areas.

dont wax your own chest! get it done at a salon, a student besuty school for a discount or leave it alone. just dont try to do it yourself. not only will it hurt, but its too hard to get the right leverage to pull the strips off.

If you choose to get waxed by a pro, make sure they're a REPUTABLE pro.

I went to get my legs and arms waxed once at a local beautician... and I have scars to prove it :( (wax was a bit too hot I think, also she didn't always pull the strip off properly) She's qualified and all, just not all that good. Never going there again!

So... go to a reputable waxer. Preferably a salon, you'd probably get better quality there (not to mention they normally have private rooms in which you'd feel more comfortable).

The least painful way to get waxed is to go to a professional salon.. ive tried a few of those off the shelf products and it was always a much more painful ordeal doing it myself then it was to go and get it done properly. :)
