There are 16 candidates in the by-election, most of whom don't even live in the electorate as you can see here http://www.aec.gov.au/_content/When/by_elections/werriwa/candidate_list.htm. One candidate is even from Killara! The ALP candidate seems like a good bloke though, which makes me think I might well vote for him given that there is no Liberal candidate. He should win easily. Sam Bargshoon would also be a good member.
