Hi all, Westpac has just launched its new graduate recruitment website.
I am a 2006 grad myself so feel free to ask any questions if you have any and i will do my best to answer them.

I'm considering applying for a graduate position, but being from the West I'm unsure what the starting salaries are in similar Sydney-based positions.

Any rough guide? You're probably not at liberty to disclose the figure, but ballpark?

Are we 30k, 50ish, or where?

in the current grad market, you'll be looking at 40-50k starting

Westpac currently has one of the highest grad salaries around.

hey timbk2, I thought you were at IBM? Or was it another BOS starter working at IBM? Was it tactic?? What is the range of Westpac grad salaries for IT grads?

hey. yep. Tactic is the one who works at IBM.

Westpac IT grads should be able to expect 50k-55k starting salary this year.
