Final ranks are released today, what are my chances??
(position/ no. of people in course) I'll put in trial marks as well

English Advanced (3 / 89) 90%
English Extension 1 (3 / 21) 41/50 marks
English Extension 2 (2 / 7) N/A
Mathematics Extension 1 (13 / 40) 78% (<-- stuffed up my trial :()
Mathematics Extension 2 (9 / 12) 50% (raw)
Physics (4 / 35) 87% (scaled)
French Continuers (29 / 65 The Open High School) 80%
Chemistry (20 / 44) <-- blah 78% (raw)

My school is comprehensive but not a bad school at all. Used to be Top 2 non-selective government comprehensive a while back although last year was out of Top 120

What if I kinda stuffed up my HSC exams. what's the lowest mark that I am likely to get?
Thanks

Depends how bad you stuffed your exam.

At the moment your assessment marks look pretty good, you'd at least reach the borderline 90 for sure. But it really depends how much you say you stuffed up.

I know that even though if I got average results, 90's still possible. I just wanna know if I have these assessment ranks, assume that i've got similar or slightly lower HSC exam marks, will I still get above 95??

thanks, but do i have a high expectation? Why do i keep thinking these marks and ranks are not good enough. :(
Seriously, i have a major uncertainty problem.

I guess I wasn't being too clear, sorry about that.

I tried to answer your question and tell you that the lowest UAI you'd get is most likely a borderline 90 assuming you said you stuffed up your HSC exam. But I guess it really comes to how much did you really stuff up?

I assumed it wasn't that bad as in less than 70% and gave you my estimate that the lowest you'd get in a borderline 90 (repeating myself sorry) :p

If you wanted a prediction I would say in the mid 90's taking account you'd achieve similar HSC exam performance.

The problem is I don't know how much I have stuffed it up.. I am trying to think of worst, but I think I might get similar (or even better or slightly worse) marks in HSC than my trial.
